I have had two kids gone through this one now loves the bath again and the second one it is full on screaming and crying
It’s so weird as he’s excited to get toys and loves the idea like he has always done - we go to swimming weekly currently on Easter hold break so hoping he doesn’t do the same for the lessons He hates showers screams so obv haven’t tried those as have only had to do those when not at home The bath routine is exactly the same as always so it’s very odd Hoping he’s just having a moment and it passes
My little girl did it randomly for two nights about a month ago. We managed to encourage her back the next day by getting her to walk into the bathroom from the bedroom and stand there and watch me run the bath. She loves them again now x
Our little girl is the exact same. She used to love the bath and now she screams the house down. We put her in and she just tries to get out the whole time 😫 hoping it’s just a phase that won’t last much longer 🤞🏼
My LG was the same a few months ago and I think it’s just a phase! We used to put her in the normal bath but then when she decided she hated it we bathed her in the baby bath we have instead and she seemed much happier in that. Now she’s happy having a bath in the normal bath or baby bath. If you have a smaller baby bath maybe see if that works for you too❤️
We have a smaller bath which he always uses so it’s odd I’m hoping it’s just a phase and he gets over it we are just supporting him and seeing how he deals with it or having a bath with him if needed he seems to want to just stand up once we do get him in there so I’m wondering if he just wants to stand and play rather than sit in
My toddler did something similar except with the shower(we never had a bath). And the pool as well. He loved the water as a baby. When we moved he absolutely hated the water. He would scream even just looking at the shower while it was on and was absolutely terrified to even go near the pool. It took time and a lot of encouragement. We would start off small. Just a minute or two, just long enough to wipe him down and just gradually leave him in longer until he was comfortable getting in on his own.
