Pregnancy/Misscarriage

Hey guys this isnt a pic of a test but i didnt know where else to post this, just looking for advice. Last month 10 days before i was due my period i had spotting for 5 days, so i took a pregnancy test, it had a faint line, the same kind of line i had when i got pregnant with my son so i assumed that meant pregnant and was going to wait to take a digital on day of missed period, i then spotted for another 5 days (i have litterally never spotted before tbh) and then on day of due period i had the heaviest flow ive ever had but only for 3 days when my period is always 5. Negative digital and all tests neg. Then this whole month ive felt funny, tracked ovulation. Baby Danced. Then at 7dpo (2 Days ago) I got 2 faint lines on pregnancy tests. Then ive Got another faint line today on a pregnancy test. Do you think its possible im still pregnant from last month? or getting early positives for this cycle? or something else??
