Is there any laws about having a child aged 3 on a booster seat ? I have bought a safe way m for dads car 🚘 on weekend and he is stilling use a booster seat.
We have a court agreement so can’t stop her visiting x

Good, they’ll hopefully be able to help. But a booster is 100 unsafe for a 3yr old My 3ish yr old is still rear facing
It would need to be a high backed booster at the very least but there is no way a 3 year old can safely use a seat belt 😞
