I'd put it off to be safe as it's most contagious before the spots come out. X

I'm really not sure hun, it's rare that your mums going to get it if she's had them before but I'm not sure I'd want to take that risk. I'd probably wait 5-7 days to make sure she doesn't come out in them

My daughter got chicken pox when my newborn was 1 week old, he didn’t catch it.
I was told it can take up to 15 days from the point of mixing with someone that has chicken pox for symptoms to show
my friend was meant to see me the other week but she found out the following day that her niece had the pox so to air caution we cancelled - my little boy was 4wks at the time xx
