So annoyed. Opinions please

So the towel I used when I come out the shower needed to go in the wash so in the meantime I put it on the floor for when we come out the shower so the floor doesn’t get wet. I’ve now washed that towel in the washing machine and it’s dry and my partner put it back on the floor so I said why is my towel on the floor and he said because it was on the floor last time I’ve set the standard for it now to be on the floor. He saying I’m unhygienic because I want to use that same towel on my body when I come out the shower but I’m telling him once it comes out the washing machine it’s now clean so he shouldn’t have put it on the floor. Let me know because wtf

Is he drunk or just stupid 🤦🏻‍♀️

Omg thank you. I’m just so annoyed because we had a nice day at the park and we came back and argued over that!!! I wish I never asked about my towel being on the floor now 🫠

This is for sure a “no brain” moment lol

Just stand firm and tell him not to do it again. And let it be all. I wouldn’t even bother entertaining something so petty haha

I would put his clean clothes in the dirty clothes because thats where they belong and he set the standard lol. However, to keep peace just tell him that it doesn’t belong on the floor. Also to not touch your towel unless you ask, since he can’t seem to grasp the concept of washing and drying clothes and linen to clean them.

So with that concept previous dirty clothes should be thrown out because the washer isn’t cleaning them? Same with socks? Blankets? Sheets? His logic makes no sense whatsoever and it seems he just wanted to argue instead of communicating the towel being on the floor in the first place bothered him. In the end it’s not his towel and he needs to not touch it.
