Cool boiled water
Stupid question but my mind is blank!
How do you keep cool boiled water sterile? If we were to take it out with us? How long can you keep it for?
For context my boy has bad constipation and we give him lactulose twice a day, but this needs to be given with cool boiled water. Of course we have the rapid cool but if we can keep it sterile somewhere else that would be handy! We also sometimes give him 2oz of cool boiled water to help.

Can I ask what age do you start giving them water? My baby is 14 weeks and not sure when to start
@Ashleigh it’s 6 months recommended but the doctor advised as he was consipated to give him 2oz of cool boiled water to try and help his bowels movement x

If it’s put into a sterile bottle then it’s fine for the day. Sterilise the bottle the way you normally would then put the boiled water in it. How are you getting on with trying to give boiled water? My little boy won’t drink k any of it 😩
