@Jasmine thank you so much!
@Chelsea no problem!! I never used the adult nappies with my first child and I so wish I did!!
Adult nappies! I got mine on Amazon x
Frida ice pads/medline ice pads were a lifesaver for me since I had grade 2 tears. Definitely get more than you think you’ll need
Adult diapers 😭 it’s so awkward to think about them but they’re sooo comfy
tena ladies nappies! I then went onto lilettes maternity pads when the bleeding calmed down
adult nappies for me, i feel it’ll be far easier to change and freshen up than making sure a pad is stuck comfortably in a pant and try slightly reduce the laundry pile 😆
I wore maternity pants with a pad in it & it never soaked through!
@Lorna which ones that's were I'm looking now
With nappies I also don't know what size to get
I wore the always boutique womens nappies they were great never leaked and smell great😆
@Chelsea I got a medium from Aldi
I liked pads because they were easier to change at each bathroom trip. I only used the massive postpartum ones for about 5/6 days and then I went to regular heavy flow pads for the next 2 weeks. (Honey pot brand has some with cooling herbs in the liner which is really nice feeling once you stop using the witch hazel etc)
Adult nappies were a game changer for me. So comfy! No leaks! Wish I'd have used them in my first pregnancy!!

I liked the maternity pads from Tesco, you can get thick and thin ones and there really cheap!! I had no leaks and even use them now instead of period pads 🫣
I wore the frida mom postpartum underwear and boots maternity pads. The frida underwear was super comfortable x
Thank you everyone 😊
Adult diapers, so comfy and no leaks
I used tescos own maternity pads and had no leakage / issues
Tena silhouette maternity pants are amazing!! So comfy and actually kinda cute! I would put a maternity pad or a pad with large wings inside them for extra protection for the first week or so after. Like others said Tesco or Boots own brand maternity pads are cheap, thick and really good quality considering the price
Pads. The diaper depressed me.
Always discreet disposable knickers, got the frida disposables and pads and the Always and wish I hadn’t bothered with the faffing of pads…Although my toddler regularly asks why I’m wearing a nappy 🫠
Ive been using always nighttime the size 6 and they are massive lol
I’ve just seen you’re from Harlow, I have a spare pack of tena ladies if you want them. X
Adult diapers hands down Then get whatever jumbo pads you can and pack padcicles! There’s tons of videos on how but you just put witch hazel & aloe on it and freeze it. Those saved my life.
I used pads with my first but found I leaked all the time so this time I’m going to try the knickers
@Hannah I did postpartum underwear during the day and an adult diaper at night cause of the pad situation. But if I was leaving the house I didn’t like the bulk which is why I did the underwear
I liked wearing my own period panties w a huge maternity pad in it for hospital and then I changed to only period panties heavy flow for when I got home.
Maternity undies alll the way!

I got pull ups but I also got the night time pads and smothered them in aloe Vera and froze them and popped one in the pull up every few hours until “warm” and OMG was LOVELY!
I wore the cheapest pull ups I could get tbh. I liked the always boutique ones best. I wore pads for the first week or so before I dared to use a pad (I had stitches so was nervous to put a pad near them 🤣) xx
I got the adults nappies from Aldi, I also popped a maternity pad (lilette brand from boots) inside & wore ginormous knickers over the top. Never leaked once!!
