Can reflux look like hunger?
I don't want to make the symptoms worse by overfeeding but he constantly looks for the breast.

Harder to tell with breast feeding-I FF so measure that well and know an hour after a 5+oz bottle is likely from reflux but 9/10 im going to feed in case hes actually hungry. If he’s bloated etc i wont
Yeah they tend to feed to soothe the discomfort.
They do often go to suck to soothe when in discomfort. I always recommend trying to wind them before going to feed again
