Poop potty training

The naked potty training at home worked for us because he doesn't want to poop on the ground lol. But we were in the same boat. He would put a diaper on himself to take his morning dump. I'm like duude, you are way too old for this lol

@Bethany you mean like the 3 day no underwear method? We did that when we first potty trained I guess we could try it again and just hide all the diapers lol

My pediatrician recommended trying going back to the little potty if they’ve already moved to the big one

Mine refused to poop as well. At this point I felt he understood but was choosing so I also went naked one day. it was weird for both of us lol he kept asking for pants lol but then he wouldn't poop. By day two he pooped on the potty.

Now from this one experience, I do think the naked method works, just not for when they're very young. Cause I heard so many stories of it being hell, shitting all over the place. I couldn't imagine doing this method 6-8 months sooner.
