1 in bed (a full 9oz bottle) x

2. One before nap and one before bed. But at nursery she doesn’t have one before nap, just a cup of it at snack time.

Struggling to get mine off milk, still on about 4 a day 😬

Mine hasn’t had milk since 15 months. But he was breastfed then went onto oat milk for a bit

One in the morning and one at night before bed, slowly trying to remove the morning one😬

Very occasionally one small cup after dinner, she just isn’t that fussed most days!

Mill in her breakfast and 150ml during her nap time

Do you think reducing the milk will help with the appetite? She eats well but I don’t think it’s enough sometimes it’s only half
