Our little one was the same and we started massaging his belly, lifting his legs and it always helped him poop in the end. Now that he is 4 months because he is so active he pops 1-2/day
@Natisha Her stool isn’t dry at all and there’s no change in colour so I not sure if I should rule out constipation
@Cristina was he constipated at all ? Was his stool dry ? I am constantly doing the stomach massages and the foot massages which helps abit but it’s not immediate relief which is so annoying
He was pooping only every2-3 days but his stool was soft. But one of my friends recommended me baby Bjorn bouncer as I don’t why but it helps babies poop and I have to say it helped my baby become regular too. Since he was 2 months old the constipation went away and we also used some probiotics. Not the full dose but rather half. I was so stressed out because of the constipation as the maximum he went without pooping was 3.5 days and that is when I decide to buy a second hand baby bjorn bouncer and it was worked from the moment I’ve put him in it.
My girl stuggled with the and has done since 5 weeks she’s now 7 months
Breastfed babies can get constipated too, so if she’s struggling to poo I’d make another GP appointment and ask for a second opinion.
