heads up anyone trying for a vaginal birth the best piece of advice I need to give is buy a peri bottle!!
ended up needing to be stitched in 5 places as baby came out so fastš
Itās a life saver for pain relief peeing with the stitches if you havenāt got one already! Best thing I brought lol

@Sophie yeah youāre right, it definitely is good to have a clean too as I couldnāt have a proper shower because of having a catheter so definitely was a saver there too!
With my first I just used a cup of water and slowly poured the water over whilst I peed and that worked really well :) it makes it less acidic so stings far less!

I loved mine for my post-episiotomy recovery first time around, and am planning on using it again as a portable bidet post-caesarean as I'll still be bleeding down below and it'll feel cleaner to have a rinse rather than just wiping.
