The only way Iâve ever gotten over a breakup is by feeling every emotion and going through it. Masking it or trying to act like youâre okay doesnât work! Youâve felt good up to now which is a great sign, but you are bound to feel sad some days. Have a self care day or try to keep yourself busy. If you need to have a cry.
