My baby did this and it was bad reflux and congested

Looks like snot, my little one has similar when shes bunged up, will come out of her mouth occasionally. Should be fine if he seems otherwise well x

he hasn’t done it since this episode this afternoon - I think sometimes he does get a bit snotty/congested because he snorts every now and then.. but never has a runny nose or seems poorly. thank you, I will keep an eye and hope it was nothing ♥️

An ENT said with our first that if people used saline nose drops/spray every day he’d be out of a job! Ours has been congested almost since birth and I’ve needed to use them daily but I do feel as though it’s helped keep germs at bay and made feeds easier. Less congested = less air swallowed = less reflux

@Madeleine that’s really interesting thank you. he has health visitor next week so I may mention it but tbh I’ll just get told to speak to GP about it (they don’t have any appointments for him until his jabs in May anyway) 🙄 xx
