My little boy was like this from birth up until about 4 months until I got I’m him on dairy free milk from doctors now he goes every day, does he have any skin issues ? Defiantly speak to the doctors and if you think it’s a milk allergy really push with them as they will try to palm you off!xx

Is he on a comfort milk? X

No doesn’t seem to be any skin issues, he also doesn’t seem uncomfortable except for after a bottle for 20-30 minutes where he cries a bit xx

Once or twice a week is TOTALLY normal at that age!! So is frequent spitting up. Don’t stress!

The spitting up is a lot and very thick tho which causes him to cry as if it hurts to get it out?xx

When making the bottles do you swirl or shake? I'd swirl like tornado to mix formula so it doesn't create any more bubbles needed But I also agree if he is mucous often & struggling to poo not BM daily that is likely a Milk Protein Intolerance & would need hypoallergenic formula (Enfamil Nutramigin or Similac Alumentum for refer- if you are not in US you can find same ingredient formula in your country) I'd make the switch today, asap, try a small can if available (or if you can ask doctor to try / let them know the severity of him only pooping 1x weekly! & crying wincing 20 min after each bottle. Your doctor can prescribe MPI formula!)

How long does it take baby to finish a bottle? If 10 min GREAT! No need to concern over nipple flow or possible tongue tie I do think in my professional opinion working with ages 0-5 it's formula related. How does baby belly button look? This is a scary but easy thing to fix & could be a factor.

talk to your health visitor , i was advised to give laxatives but my girlt would not poo for 2 weeks and more ..

My boy poos every 4 days , I was told that’s fine and to only worry if he has hard poos or constantly crying like his in pain x
