@Najma oh I meant to add the teacher I spoke to is the director of the school. He’s the highest authority in the school. It’s a small daycare that only has about 30 kids in total .
I would definitely bring this up to the principal and make them aware of it. It was wrong for the teacher to be dismissive on this type of situation. Also, keep talking to your son making him aware of the Do’s and Don’ts of bathroom behavior and other behaviors.
School board ? There's someone above him he has to report to in some capacity.
Demand a sit down with him and the parent first and see if he'll comply
Usually in a day care there is an owner, and if it’s a franchise school then there is a corporate office with a regional director they have to report to.
Always believe a child I really dislike people that don't listen to children and don't give credit to how they felt about a situation or expressed themselves...it was very inappropriate to allow another child inside the bathroom privacy should be respected for all ages
NYC school system is garbage they don't discipline these staff because they're short on workers so they compromise and let shit slide to much
