Final round interview thoughts

Does this look promising? During my 2 interview she said she hopes I’m picked . Final interview i couldn’t gage how she felt for sure . She mentioned she heard nothing but great things about me . At the end she asked my salary expectations and when i would be able to begin (if hired) nothing as to when i would hear back . I kind of put all of my eggs in this basket.
