Newborn buggy?

Hi everyone so I’m due in August I will have a just turned 2 year old and looking to get this buggy(the listing does say suitable from birth). I will be having a c-section and recovery is 6 weeks and I know I won’t be leaving the house for that period as I’m in a flat and won’t be able to manage the 3 flights of stairs however once I’m recovered would you recommend this buggy for my newborn? She will be just over 6 weeks will be closer to winter so will be in a padded jacket ect. (My first was in a single version of this buggy at 4 month’s) Money is really tight and can’t afford any other double buggy that has the proper bassinet). Please let me know your honest opinion as safety will always be my biggest priority and will get a single buggy if need be for the safety of my newborn.
