positive?

does this look like a faint positive? My partner says he can’t see anything but I’m sure I can see a really faint line, I still have 2 days until my period is due but I’ve been having cramps and really awful nausea so I took this test this morning. I experienced an early loss in February so I’m really really anxious😢
