Rear facing and will be until she outgrows the limit, which should be a few more years.

Rear as long as possible. I did my daughter until 2.5 yr old. Only reason we forward faced was because my mom was riding in the back seat and my son was 6 mo and still rest facing. Having 2 rear facing doesn’t allow my mom to get in. So we forward faced my 2.5 yr old so mom could fit
Rear facing. I can’t find any excuse to switch to forward facing at 17 mo
rear !
