Apparently mums have started since they were 5 months old so idk
We just bought an Ikea one and put my daughter on it randomly throughout the day from when she could sit up. We took a break because we moved house, but now her poo cues are stronger (she's just turned 1) we're using it again. At this age you're going to be putting her on it yourself every time so I wouldn't have thought the brand matters too much!
I don’t know about those brands but I used the Fisher Price 3-in-1 potty when my girl was 11 months.
I got a mini toilet one for my son with a flush button and he likes it. It's comfy to sit on with the back part and fun to flush afterwards.
Ikea white and green where you take the green bit out and tip it out. But likely you won't be really potty training til at least 2
