Fully potty trained from November last year. But she was completely ready and communicating when she needed a wee and poo and didn’t want to wear her nappy anymore xx
We are also fully trained from some point last year but again she was ready
@Mia wow see my son isn’t speaking much delayed if I put him on his seat upstairs he will wee and does pull at his nappy when it needs changing
Just potty trained after a false start in Jan. He took to it immediately this time around.
Just started potty training, on day 3 she starts school in September anx last in her nursery to be potty trained I think. She's a little slower as has down syndrome but so far she's doing well considering she's non verbal x
Potty trained as of last month. We didn't rush it and I prepped in the lead up with some potty training books to get her used to the idea (plus she was already saying when her nappy was dirty). She cracked it so quickly, so definitely glad we didn't push it.
Fully trained since February X
Fully trained since September. She could tell us when she was doing a poo before that but otherwise no other apparent awareness. We did Oh Crap method and she got it quickly no problem. I feel like waiting until they’re seemingly ready (from the outside) might not always be necessary.
We attempted to train a few weeks ago but it didn’t go well so she’s back in Nappies for now. We’ll try again at a later stage.
Fully trained Started this month I noticed she was long ready before I started
We also are fully trained from December 2024 , started before July 2024 but was not ready so carried on while out of nursery in December and went perfect , during the night he still has nappy on cause he mainly sleep with us, but even though nappy almost always clean in the morning
Fully potty trained since some point last year, she was ready and got it within a couple of days and again at night too. She talks as if she’s a teenager so was able to tell us now happily takes herself
Tried on Monday as i had the week off work but she then came down with a viral infection which has made her really poorly which of course set us back. She is nearly ready and has been on the potty at her childminders but i think i was putting so much pressure on myself to potty train her this week that it was making both me and her more stressed which i dont want as i want her to enjoy the training. So going to wait another few weeks and try again
We’ve not fully started, but have a few days here and there with nappy off at home and potty in the living room. It’s hard as I work full time, so planning on doing 3 solid days indoors when I go on Mat leave in a few weeks (I’d love him clean before baby arrives 😅) x
