Weaning Stains!

Bit of a mundane one, but how is everyone dealing with weaning stains on their babies clothes. Particularly fruit juices I usually use vanish oxi action but when I used it on some blueberry juice last wash it turned the stains a weird colour instead of removing them 😅 Just wanted to see if anyone had any pearls of wisdom! We do use the full all over bibs when it's messy, but she still manages to get it places 😂

I bought this…. It’s BRILLIANT https://amzn.to/4jub0So

Sunlight does a fantastic job of making natural food stains disappear. Either on the washing line or near a window in sunlight. I make sure the stain is facing out and the stain nearly always disappears, still feels like magic when I check and it has gone, very sad I know. 😂

@Michelle I'm the same, always makes me happy when the sun does its thing. Sometimes for more serious I've left things out for 2 days and have saved many an item. Other than that in winter green fairly liquid rubbed on or vanish bar work well. I can't believe how badly fruit stains

Direct sunlight. No lie better than anything you can buy ! Damp clothes leave in the sun and it vanishes mostly!

I use white vinegar and bicarbonate of soda. I have white vinegar in a spray bottle, sprinkle on the bicarb first then spray generously with vinegar, and then leave it in the wash basket until I next do a load. All non toxic and works sooo well! The sun is also good. Clothes can come out of the wash with a stain and then disappear when dried on the line most of the time.

Pink stuff stain remover or the M&S no fragrance one before the wash and then on the line in the sun!

Napisan works brilliant for me. You can use it on all colours too 😊 I have used it for years I soak the items for around an hour then wash as normal 👍

Vanish oxi action has been pretty good for me

Spray with elbow grease and leave for a bit before scrubbing the mark and soaking in hot water. I then put in the washer and everything comes out.
