Sudocream would probably be your best best it’s great for nappy rash
I swear by coconut oil! It heals sore bums so quickly
I like Live Clean. I find it works really well and is free from parabens and phthalates.
ALWAYS make sure baby’s butt is bone dry before applying anything. We use baby aquaphor fast relief with 40% zinc. Make sure the layer of cream is super thick and you cannot see any skin through it. Apply it after every diaper change or every 2-3hrs. Try not to use wipes if possible or very little and wipe as gentle as possible. I actually found out that using my period bottle with lukewarm water and hosing them off like that then patting dry helps heal faster than using wipes. We also apply aquaphor every night, still to a super dry bottom, to prevent diaper rash. Feel free to message me with any questions
Weleda is great, vaseline is a good preventative too
Sudocrem works overnight for us
Also don’t know if the products r the same over in the US but we only use Costco brand wipes and pampers my 5 month old has never had a nappy rash and my 23 month old has rarely had one since using this combo
We tried many creams that loads of people put above, Waleda, bepanthen, sudocrem, the yellow cream etc, only thing that worked for us was aloe vera gel and now we only use coconut oil x
We use butt paste and LOVE IT!
A&D diaper rash ointment or try doing a baking soda bath
Boudreaux's butt paste! My son is 3 and we still use it sometimes lol
@Lisette I was gifted Costco wipes!!
@Trinity idk if this is a “dumb question” but how long do I let his butt dry out before putting anything on it?
@Lindsay you can use a soft towel to blot it dry or air dry. I just use my hand like a fan and fan it dry

For a little bit we used huggies and pampers diapers and we noticed that every time we used the pampers she would get a really bad rash and super red. And before we realized it was the diaper we tried aquaphor and desitin. We love both of those. I use the aquaphor every time we change her diaper and if she is starting to get a rash we use the desitin.
@Drew my kiddo is the exact opposite Huggies give her a rash. Huggies are so much cheaper.🤦🏼♀️
Sudocream or penatin works well
I use Metanium
Weleda skin food
@Jane I have this for myself, wasn't aware it's suitable for babies?
@Lorna that stuff is great!
Sudocrem, bepanthem (cant spell) anything like that is fine x
