Calpol

Hi all, how much Calpol did you give your baby following their vaccinations? Bottle says only 2 doses but midwife said 3 doses, 4 hours apart

I gave 3 doses 6 hours apart that’s what the woman who done her needles said to do x

Check the leaflet inside, it has separate instructions for after vaccines

I'm giving 3 doses (he's had them this morning so 1 dose given so far)

3 doses to stop a fever

It’s 3 doses but you can give 4 if need be. As you can give 4 doses within 24 hours as long as they’re 4-6 hours apart. We ended up giving 4 as his temp wasn’t coming down x

I’ve been told to do it for 2 days after by the doctor who injected her x

2.5ml every 4-6 hours for the first 24 hours x

I gave 3 doses of 2.5ml every 6 hours, then assessed whether she needed more after the 3 doses had wore off x

NHS says 3 doses (on the advice they give you post vaccinations) so you’re safe to give 3 if you think little one needs it 😊

3 doses, 6 hours apart

I was told 3 doses 4-6 hours apart but if still unhappy or unwell to carry this on for 48 hours x
