2 year check up

Hello, I just wondered what other people’s experiences were with the 2 year check up in the Sutton borough. My daughter turns 2 on Monday, but I haven’t had a letter for her 2 year check up appointment. For her 12 months appointment, I received the letter well before she turned 1. Is it usually after they turn 2 that you get the appointment letter? Thanks in advance!

They seem them between 2-2.5 my daughter was 2yrs 2months when she was seen but I got the assessment forms to complete a few weeks before c

Same as above we received the letter a couple months after he turned two and just recently had it. There were actually two questionnaires one saying 30 months so we didn’t fill that one out, but when I got there the HV filled that one out with us as apparently you’re supposed to just do both 🤷‍♀️
