At the age of your child both options suggested above would be outgrown. Mamaruga zensling I believe Tula are really good for plus size people I use a Lenny lamb with my daughter and I'm plus size. If you can it's worth hiring to try before buying.
Hope and Plum is plus size friendly (I have their meh dai) and I’ve also ordered the Lenny Lamb (wrap tai) because I can’t do buckles I didn’t get on with a ring sling but I would love to try again
I have a nuna cudl as its easily adjustable to swap it between me and my husband, it fits him at 6'2 and a XXL. Its for ages upto 3 years and still fits my toddler as well as baby x
I have the ergobsby 360, baby loves it and fits xxl with room

I like the Momcozy wrap carrier. The one that comes in 2 pieces. And also the infantino carrier works well for me too as a more structured carrier
