Teething at 3 months ?

I’m a first time mum to my little boy that is 3 months/ 14 weeks old. He has been constantly chewing on his hands and drooling loads and he has started to become fussy and upset. And got a little bit of red cheeks. Is this teething? And if it is what do I do?

Yeah that's definitely teething. My little girl started at just 3-4 weeks. Wasn't so bad at first, thought she got an ulcer in her gum at 3 weeks then we realised about a week later it was a tooth. We thought her behavior was from the heat, but it was teething. She was irritable, restless, craving tight cuddles, had to swaddle her to keep her asleep. She's so used to teething now that it hardly bothers her but it still took a long while for her teeth to come through. She teethed on and off. Best recommendation: Bonjela, wait 2 hours, calpol, wait 2 hours and then if needed, can use bonjela again. Calpol and Bonjela can be used 3-4 times a day. So every 4-6 hours. Try not to overuse and keep track of what pain relief they've had and when. Also recommend teething mits. Can get off Amazon. Great for babies who prefer chewing on their hands. And my lg loved her infatot teether. Good luck! :)
