Can you please help with the fit on the joie ispin 360?

I feel I'm doing something wrong,my little girl is quite chunky now, the left strap often slides. I'm really worried. I tried to watch videos to review the fit, it seems better now but I don't know if I should remove the newborn head insert yet. Also are the straps seem correctly fitted now? She is 14w old 7.5kg for 62cm. I had it with my first child too,but we were in lockdown, so we mostly used it after he turned 6 months old. Thank you.

Yeah remove the head inset and lift the headrest up 1. If straps are falling down it’s usually because the headrest is too low x

Make sure you are always putting little ones back right to the back of the seat and not pulling down to the buckle x

It just looks like her groin area is pulled down a bit towards the buckle. You might find once the headrest is lifted it’s less so as she will have a little more room for shoulders etc x
