My baby does this when she’s tired

My baby does this all the time! I’ve taken her in multiple times, thinking for sure it was an ear infection, only to be told NOT an ear infection! lol. She mostly does it when she’s tired. She even pulled her earrings out from messing with her ears so much. Her doctor said she probably just discovered her ears and that some babies just do that. It could also be teething though! Babies can teethe for a long time before any teeth actually pop through, and while their gums and teeth are doing their thing, it can cause ear pain sometimes. Or sometimes they just pull on their ears for comfort. If you think it might be an ear infection, I say go ahead and get her ears checked just to be safe. It doesn’t hurt. In my baby’s case, she just likes pulling on her ears for no real reason.
