I think taking her outside is fine, just don't go in busy indoor areas or pools etc (I have seen so many kids with visible chickenpox at the pool before, so inconsiderate of the parents). When my son had hand-foot-mouth we went for walks or to the park. Or on very rainy days we'd take him out for a drive to get out of the house
You both need fresh air take her out just avoid people. Your not a bad person but sometimes you need to just get away from 4 walls.
Contagion risk in fresh air away from other kids is probably really really small. I would do it.
Personally no, my boy had chicken pox in November, I was 8 months pregnant too and I just didn’t want to risk anyone else, also meant that I didn’t have my support network of my parents as my dad had never had chickenpox (nor have I ) so we went in the garden for our outdoor fix which I was grateful for though, it took around 5/7 days before everything was scabbed over for us and then we went out properly. But that’s just me and my experience 😌
I think I’ve answered this wrong as there was 2 questions, I would take her out , but I’ve said “no” as in answering to say you wouldn’t be a bad person for taking her out xx
I answered no, but I wasn't sure which to do based on the questions, different for each. Either way take your daughter out, just stay away from others and play equipment.
