How are we helping it? I’m almost 28 weeks and the constipation is BAD

Metamucil every afternoon.

I had awful constipation last pregnancy. My doctor told me I could take Miralax every day. First sign of constipation with this one and I started lol. I only take a half a serving.

Fruitttt! It’s delicious and healthy, plus all of the antioxidants. Apples have a lot of fiber. I also have been eating orange and avocado which has fiber, too!

I’ve had daily smoothies and thankfully haven’t had problems
