I sometimes do on my baby boy if I noticed he’s been straining but hasn’t managed to get anything out. I can’t say for sure if it works as he poops a LOT 😅 However it’s worth a shot! Completely free and very easy to do. Some women in comments say it worked for their babies too☺️

Mine is the same! She pooed loads the first 5 days then went 5 days without. Now she is doing one every 2-3 days. I’ve tried the foot zoning I think it does help!

@ana-rose I actually strolled past this video yesterday, I never thought it would work. Thank you !

@Tiffany I really hope it works for your baby girl, seeing them in pain would be the worst feeling in the world 😔

@Kathryn I will definitely try the foot zoning. Thank you.

@Tiffany I just did it and 20 mins later my girl had a poo explosion

That happened to my baby when he was a couple of days old. He only had formula for the first 48 hours before my milk came in (I was still trying to breastfeed but he wouldn’t latch properly before his tongue tie release). The ONLY thing that worked for my baby was putting coconut oil on an earbud and putting the tip gently inside his bum and massaging it in circles. Also massaging his bumhole with my thumb. That set him off and he had explosive poos! 😂 It works on adults too btw. It’s because massaging that area stimulates it to open up.
