My osteopath really helped me! However it does sometimes return mainly left sided back ache it’s very annoying ☹️x

I had an epidural with my first son 12 years ago ever since I suffer from the back pains.

My sons 4 in September this year and I still get back pain, I found stretching in the morning and at night helped relieve some of it

I go to a chiropractor when I have time and it helps a bit. I wish I had time to go more often.

@Nomfundo Yeah I think that's part of my problem too. I had an epidural 10 years ago and still have pain from it.

Massage. I get a remedial deep tissue massage monthly, because of my stiff back and my knots but it’s amazing for pain as well. And daily stretching/yoga for an hr at night.

Mine is sore to the touch and i can’t walk far without it being like a numbing pain if that makes sense I had an epidural so I think is to do with that x

I had an epidural, but my back pain was there slightly due to years of dancing, running injuries while in high school, and woking at restaurants/ retail for years without proper footwear. I still have pain, but it was LONG time coming not from the epidural. Since birth, walking daily still helps, stretches and the occasional back Crack or massage helps give me relief but again years of tearing up my body is the cause for my backnpain now. Oh those yoga poses help too and if you can strengthen your back muscles and core - since my lo is now 3yo- I can focus slightly on working out those areas! It has helped a lot!! Lastly, I'm sorry you're going through this it really does stink and I hope you find something that helps you. There is also a hormone developed during pregnancy that makes our bones, muscles and organs more flexible and movable to make space and then after birth slowly goes away with time as your body adjust to no more bun in the oven. THAT CAUSED MANY THINGS TO MOVE. Speak with your doctors dear
