Teething

My little one is 3 and a half months and we think he’s starting to teethe. When you look at his gums, you can see the outlines of the teeth but none are cutting through. We think they’re on the move though as he is constantly chomping on his hand and anything else he can get his hands on, he’s dribblier than usual, has 1 flushed cheek with a slight rash and keeps getting a slight temperature. Oh, he’s also a bit snuffly at times with a cough, but not all the time. Does this sound like teething?
