miscarried today💔

i miscarried today and i don’t know how to feel. i was 7 weeks exactly. i’ve experienced period-like cramps and bleeding with small amounts of tissue passing. my doctor said to keep an eye on the bleeding and the pain, but otherwise i should be fine to go home and rest. he preformed a transvaginal ultrasound. is there anything else i need done? do i need another scan of some sort? i don’t want to get worked up or anxious anymore, i just want to know if i should be ok to process without worrying about my health. thank you.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I am just over a week from my miscarriage. I have a scan booked this Friday to check that the miscarriage is complete - arranged through the early pregnancy unit of my hospital. This seemed optional as it was my choice. I’m going through this rn. I’m exactly 7 weeks today and ended up going to the ER after pains and bleeding. My HCG level is going down and it hurts. I had so many plans for this little peanut and was wanting to announce it soon but now I don’t get to. My heart is with you Mama 🫶🏻
