Peeing on Onesies

Hey! My two month old keeps peeing on his side. Whether it's before or after his feeds. We make sure his private is facing down and he fits his diapers. Any reason why he's doing this?

No experience personally… Does it happen with other brands? Maybe it’s not absorbing fast enough?

I sometimes have this problem, round where is thighs are, are you pulling out the lil extra material that stops leaks

Make sure you pull the leg ruffles out!

Hey I had this with my 3 month old and I’ve just had to go up a size in his nappies as they were getting tight and small on him.

Thank you all! I'll try pulling the leg ruffles out

This happened to me forever! Followed all the directions. Private pointed down, pull out ruffles, etc. didn’t stop until sizing up. Atleast for me diaper had to seem bigger than you would think.

Same thing was happening to me, stopped as soon as I sized up!

I use cloth diapers and this happens to me. I have noticed some onesies have different leg cuts. I gave up on onesies early on and opted for shirts. When he was in the 9 months size I started cutting some of the onesies and turning them into shirts 😅 I am so OVER onesies 😂

Leg ruffles out, and make sure they’re not too small. 💕

Usually can be an indicator to size up

But Huggies always leak for us so could also be a brand thing.

Definitely try sizing up. Anytime my son would leak or have a blowout, I would try sizing up and it fixed the problem. Also definitely have to pull out the leg ruffles. Is the onesie maybe too small to where it’s moving the diaper because it’s too tight down there?

Sooooo my son was a few months old before I figure out the penis needs to be pointed DOWN in the diapers. Not the side. And not up. Lmfaoo. But I always sized up “early” after I figured that part out. 🫠

My son did this in Huggies every time but we switched to pampers and he never does it so it could be a brand thing
