Breastfed babies go days without pooping I know that because I have had 5 kids . I talked to their pediatrician before
I am guessing LO is formula fed ?
@Cali he’s combi fed! Pretty equal half and half between breast milk and formula!
Mine hasn't gone for 5 days 😩 it's usually every 2-3 days though. And combi fed! Yours could be teething though? Lots of dribbling and more poops could indicate that!
@Louise I feel like the poo stress is wild! I’m constantly overthinking the poo schedule and my Google searches are ridiculous 😂
Mine poops like 5 times a day, exclusively breast feed
My first pooped every feed absolutely no exceptions food went in poop came out, but this time my little guy goes every maybe 5 days. The amount of time worrying about poop after having a baby is something I had never thought would be an issue until I had a baby😅🤣

I’m in the exact same boat with my babies (twins). They’re 16 weeks, at first they were only going once a day up until about 2/3 weeks ago when they started dribbling loads then pooing basically after every feed, they got really sore bums initially but it’s calmed down now and they’re both still pooing a lot more but not as much as initially. I also read that around 3/4 months their digestive systems start to mature and develop more so I think it’s normal 😊
