Positive pregnancy test a week after period

Hi, I have been feeling a little off today so took an ovulation test and it was stark positive after 2 hour hold. Thought this was quite strange considering I finished my period a week ago and I usually don't ovulate until CD 19-21. Took an easy at home and digital just incase which came back pregnant. Is it normal to bleed like a normal period during early pregnancy?? 32 day cycles LMP- 11th-14th march Ovulate - 30th March Period again 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th April First positive test - 21st April I have had an ectopic 1.5 years ago and have had no cramping of the sort like that and haven't bled for 7 days now. Edit: to add definitely wasn't light enough for implantation bleeding as it lasted 4 days and nothing about it was light 😂
