School job fair ideas….!!

My daughters school are holding a “dream big” day next week where they dress up as what they want to be when they are older. They’ve asked for parent volunteers to set up a stall about their current/previous occupations for the children (ranging from 3-13). I’ve emailed to say o can volunteer as I’m free but before being a SAHM I ran a preschool/private day nursery and I’m unsure how to make the stall engaging for all ages. I could definitely pop out some playdoh, sensory type activities for the children on and around the stall but I’m unsure how to make it seem like a super fun job for older kids. 😂 Any ideas of stuff I could include on my stall would be fantastic!! Thanks!

Could you do like an obstacle course with a toy child e.g. they have to get it dressed, give it food, read it a story while running round some traffic cones or hurdling some sort of obstacle e.g. avoid the toys everywhere or something? Idk I think it's hard to make any job seem super interesting if it's not an astronaut or something 😂 but I'd focus on making it memorable/making an impression

@Rachel that’s a great idea 😂 Yeah it’s not the easiest to make fun but I guess I can make it very interactive!!

Just make it interactive. The job speaks for itself, we are all about learning through play!

Face painting? Bring paint and card stock, and let everyone make a handprint. Take popsicle stick frames (pre-made) and provide markers and stickers to decorate them. Decorate sugar cookies?

Finger puppets

Maybe they can make their own name tag and lanyard
