My pregnancy was an absolute nightmare, start to finish. I might look into seeing if you can get prescribed an anti depressant, if you think it might help.
i'm feeling the same way. i'm 20yrs old and 36 weeks and 4 days and have struggled with depression since i was 10. the last couple days i have been just completely gone. i'm sorry you're dealing with that. i hope it gets better for youđź–¤

@Christina I'm sorry you're pregnancy was a nightmare. I'm in the UK England our mental health teams are awful
@Cat Thank-You hope it gets better for you too.
@Nicola thank you
I do t know if this helps. But I had a very rough patch in my second pregnancy that was immediately after the death of my first child. This very simple thing helped keep me going, and helped me stay a little positive. Picturing the babies face, holding their tiny hands, and their little toes. Knowing that it would only be a little while until I got to put a face with a name ❤️ If you can’t get out side, stay inside. Watch your favorite show, eat your favorite comfort foods, or comfort beverage, take this time to focus on you. On your mental health, on your physical health. If you can’t get out of bed- it’s okay to bed rot, there’s NOTHING wrong with taking some time to just exist. Your body is already doing SO much. This might be a time to just slow down and roll with the punches
