Inguinal hernia
Has anyone’s LB had this ?? Apparently mine needs surgery to remove it :( and they will do it after his 2nd birthday. Which is in a month. They need to do a scan first to confirm the hernia and then book surgery

Ahh 6m?? They told me surgery can only be done after they tune 2 :( I’m so confused. I want him to have it cause when the swelling comes, he screams in pain for hours. They’re taking so long just to book a scan in
He’s had it since he was a month old and he seems to be in some pain with it so the doctor didn’t want to wait too long for the surgery.
Yeah my son had surgery at 6 months. He's absolutely fine and we were in and out of hospital in the same day 😊 he was a much happier baby after he had it done too! X
