I had mine a few months ago, i had completely freaked myself out reading all the horror stories online! Mine wasn’t as bad as I expected. I think it can depend on whether your tubes are open or not though. Mine were open thankfully. I felt a few cramps while they were doing it, and had period like cramps for the rest of the day. I took ibuprofen and paracetamol before. Good luck x

Not bad at all! It’s such a quick procedure - minor period like cramps, just take ibuprofen before :)

Mine was absolutely fine… I had some mild cramps but it was ok. I’ve had a coil before and I was worried it would be as painful as that but it wasn’t anything like it.
That’s exactly what I was scared of cause when I got the coil I nearly passed out 🤣🫣
I didn’t feel anything at all during it, just some mild cramping afterwards
I had one when TTC #2 I didn’t find it painful at all maybe mildly uncomfortable
