Birthday gifts

What are you getting your May baby (or not so baby) for their 2nd birthday? Mine has a play kitchen and lots of wooden pretend food, enjoys duplo, stickers, his play farm + animals. He has crayons, colouring books, a tool box, wooden blocks, stickle bricks, a doll, and I’m sure there are plenty more toys I could list. What’s missing? We’re in a small flat and desperate to move, I’d love to get him soft play stuff, a balance bike or a pickler triangle but kinda waiting until we have more space and a garden.

We’re doing a ride on tractor and a Toniebox for our boy x

This is a great little toy - so handy for taking in the car or wherever you’re going. Grandads seem to like them too for some reason. I’ve never seen either of them draw before but they love these! 🤣 https://amzn.eu/d/4HdYii4

Tonie boxes are amazing! So good for then asking for little gifts of Tonies from family for future birthdays and Christmas, etc

Hopping on the tonie bandwagon, that’s what we’ve gone for 😂 but also asked for a toaster to go with her kitchen, a fire engine (she’s obsessed), some fuzzy felt sets, some paint sticks, maybe an outside playhouse. Also just picked up a freebie ikea sensory table so asked for some accessories for that, like the wipe clean tablecloths, inserts etc.

We've gone for a balance bike, matching helmet, magnetic letters and magnatiles.. We've also asked for a water wall toy, some sticker books and PlayDoh from others - I've also asked if people aren't sure to get vouchers for days out etc because our house is literally coming down with toys and he's about to be a big brother so we don't want anything big indoors!

Thank you everyone. I just want to clarify that my original post lists the toys he already has, these have been from previous birthday, Christmas, etc, not all 2nd birthday gifts!! Haha! I haven’t started shopping for birthday presents yet but these are really helpful. I’d love to get a Tonie box but not sure if he’d just be pressing all the buttons etc.

Maybe some insert puzzles? We've already got a few books and the next step up in the stacking hoops toy. Going to get him an magnetic easel a alphabet musical toy. Some cotton reels and sorting dinosaurs. We are also getting him a balance bike that will grow with him
