Holiday?!
I booked a trip to Tenerife with my baby months ago, spoke to his dad about it he said it's ok... I've read online that I may need a letter confirming this? He is on birth certificate but baby has always lived with me, he also has both of our surnames --- the problem is his dad has blocked me (he does this a lot) and I'm worried about not being able to go on holiday without a permission letter. Has anyone else gone away without the other parent and did they get asked for a letter at airport etc? Thanks xx

My little one previously only had her father’s last name and I wasn’t asked for any permission or anything in the airport from her father. She now has a double barrelled last name, but we went before that changed xx
I have always taken a letter just incase for back up. I’ve been asked both times at immigration on the way back in and I just said he’s got dad’s surname and that was that. They didn’t ask to see letter or birth certificate x
