I don’t have my car right now so we just go on daily walks when the weather is nice there’s a park close by so sometimes we’ll be there for an hour or so to get out of the house
Are you in walking distance of the library? They usually have activities for littles through the week.
Just sit outside, or put them in a stroller and walk around the block
-Hunts for things in the garden (bugs, specific plants or hide things) -Walk in the woods, it's always nice and you can get some cute pictures. you can also look for cool leaves. -Picnic, you can do that anywhere! -Pond dipping, wellies and a cheap net and bucket, see what you can find. -Make daisy chains. -Park -Bike rides -cat spotting (this might just be me but we used to do the same walk each day and see how many cats we could spot, they all had names that we made up) There's lots to do 😊 all of these things I can do by walking somewhere but, I guess it depends where you live. We also did Pokémon hunting but, my stepsons perhaps a little older than your children.
if you just want in the garden -get some water balloons/water guns -blowing bubbles -messy play, get some paint and paper or even some jelly and get them to mess around in it -build a fort Sorry to bombard, my brain age is still stuck at 5 I think 🤣🤣
Look up stay and plays and kids groups etc in local community centres, church halls, libraries etc. They're usually free or cheap. Also I'd try the bus as you might be surprised by how it is, you wouldn't be travelling at busy times anyway
I don’t stay home just because there’s creeps out there we just have to be more aware on the street and avoid them that’s all. But don’t let the creeps keep from living your life girl. Take those babies out. If I need to catch public transport everywhere I will, I had 2U2 and hubby took the car to work some days so those days I dressed us all up, attached the buggy board for the toddler and went out. Look at library sessions near you they should have baby classes. And then I’ll drop by the mall after and window shop while baby is napping I’ll push him around for a couple hrs then we go home and start dinner. Other days I’ll have a friend pick me up but she comes a lil earlier so we can install the car seat, takes 5mins
How close is your nearest library or park?
A field of grass is great. Kids are simple creatures
I say go whenever is walking distance by putting them in a stroller .
