Chemical pregnancy

So it looks as though I've had a chemical pregnancy...last Friday I took a pregnancy test as some of the symptoms I'd been having seemed like I was pregnant, anyway a faint positive line came up and I was only a day late on my period, I then took another one the next day and again a faint positive appeared more stronger than the day before. I then tested the day after with a digital test to see how far on i was and it came up with not pregnant I just thought it was too early for it to show on them but I've tried other tests too and they're all the same. I'm experiencing symptoms too, headaches, dizziness, bloated etc so what will happen now will my period still come or what? It's just a very confusing time, I'm trying to not get upset as I've been having bad anxiety lately and that's what I originally put all this down to until I got those faint positive tests. Anyone experienced this before, do you think I'm right what I'm saying? I'm booked into doctors Friday for my bloods etc but that's nothing to do with pregnancy so will have to book that separately to confirm.
