@Maya thank you! We do go out for walks but only once a day. I've had to stop going to baby classes as I can't afford it anymore so just looking for some free alternatives

You are not alone. My baby boy is 9 months and has been âmoodyâ since he was 3 months. He whines all day every day. Sometimes we go half an hour without a whinge and I think heâs broken 𤣠Weâve recently moved back home (military family) and that seems to have helped a little but understand thatâs not reasonable for everyone. All you can do is keep going and know it will end. We find getting our little man out the house helps the most. Come rain or shine we go on walks 3 times a day as he loves it and seems to keep him happier after as well. We also use Ms Apple in the last half an hour of a wake window for our sanity. There is no shame if you need to use a screen every now and then. Itâs so draining and feels like youâre not gaining anything from it but you are a great mum for even noticing heâs whining and worrying about it so youâre not doing ANYTHING wrong. Maybe even go to a coffee shop to give him a new surrounding or the supermarket? I know itâs nerve wracking because
