Badger Notes/12 Week Scan RVI

I’m currently 11 weeks and still have had no date for my 12 week scan. Should I call my midwife and chase this? Also, I don’t seem to be getting any of my appointments on badger notes, they have all been in writing in the post, anyone else had this?
