My little boy was like this but with showers. We have a wet room, so we only had a shower. We had to buy a toddler bath. Is there any way you could give her a shower instead? Would she prefer a shower?

Has something happened in the bath that bothered her, even something small? My little boy is 18 months and this happened with him a few months back, and I realised it was because he splashed himself in the face a little bit with a jug of water that I usually have in the bath. He didn't actually get that upset when he splashed himself, but after that happened, when I tried to put him in the bath he would cry. He only stopped this after a few days when I moved the jug and he couldn't see it anymore.

My boy (just about 16 months) stopped liking the bath and would have a tantrum when I put him in. It was all very odd because he loves the swimming pool. I’ve started going in the bath with him. I wear my swim suit. And he seems to be getting better. Not quite cured but we’ve whittled it down to a wee moan when he is initially placed in the bath. I position myself so I block the taps and plug, so I don’t know if that helps.

My kid did this recently with showers, so we've been doing baths 🤷‍♀️ I second trying giving her a shower, try getting in with her. That's how I used to shower my daughter and she always preferred it, but now she wants the whole tub to herself and water to splash all over the bathroom floor, I guess lol

We had this and then introduced bath toys which really helped!
